Joy is inside us all and I feel fortunate to help you find yours!
I provide a judgment-free safe-space where fears and traumas can be shared in treatment. I am always honored and grateful for my client’s vulnerability and trust in sharing with me and in return I will dedicate time and respect as we walk through your various journeys together.
As a DBT therapist, I take a personalized approach in my client's care.
I believe in strength-based coping skills and focus on acceptance and change. Life is a balance, and accepting the harder parts of life is the only way to make things easier.
I am currently Momma to three and a wife to one, though traditional family life is not always our norm. Animals are an important part of my life and currently have 2 dogs and 5 cats! I love to create, whether sewing quilts and crocheting masterpieces, or tearing down walls and redecorating my home. I prefer mountains to beaches and camp as often as possible. I choose symmetry and balance anywhere I go, though strive to practice spontaneity whenever I can!
